I just signed my third lease here. I watched the apartment being built. I knew that it’s where I wanted to be. The ladies and gent in the Office are so friendly and make sure all of your questions have timely answers. Maintenance is awesome as well. If there is a problem, they are right on it. Everyone goes above and beyond. The grounds are maintained throughout the year and always look nice. It has a warm Community feeling here and it’s the only apartment that I’ve lived in where I’ve felt safe. I am happy to call it home!

Hello! We have lived in our apartment home going on 7years.We Love it Here! Our Management Team Arcilla& Sabrina are Awesome! They are always ready to help us! (You know us old folks always need some help!)😀. They are Very professional and at the same time Very personable, No problem to big to solve! They treat everyone like family as we do them. Our Maintenance Team Eric& Miguel will try to solve any issues that come up in a timely matter.They always greet us with a smile as they pass us on the way to their next job.We keep them Very busy! ,no problem to small ! They also are a big part of our Solea family that we can also rely on them to get things done.😃 Solea 55+ is an up beat community with all the amenities we have if you choose to be part of you will enjoy participating in all the fun l loving things we do ,from gatherings of all kinds, We have a library, game room, Media room,exercise room& a full kitchen we can use.We also have several card games to bingo & bowling. Never a dull moment here!

Wonderful place to spend your senior years and be as active as you want. Everybody associated with the place goes above and beyond. Activities galore, social hour events, great clubhouse and many social areas. Place is in an excellent location. New faces, Senior services coordinators Victoria and Jacob and new sales agent Michael fit wonderfully with the residents. As always Cilla, Sabrina, Eric, Miguel, Andrew do a fantastic job overseeing the whole thing.

She made it a delightful experience. Solea Alamo Ranch is a great place to live. The people are friendly and the staff is very responsive to our every need. There are lots of things to do. You can be as active as you want.
